Retreat

3rd to 5th February 2023

Come and join us for a weekend where we're going to open up and dive into the Divine Office.

What is the Divine Office?!

The prayers and Psalms prayed throughout the day in the Church.

They help point us to God and praise Him .

Over the weekend we'll discover why the Psalms are so important and experience praying with them together as a community.

We'll head out for a walk in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside.

On Saturday evening we'll relax round the firepit and perhaps even have a ceilidh!

Lectio Divina

A space every week to come together, catch up and pray. Lectio is a way of praying with the bible; it is very personal and is a way of getting to know what God is like. The focus is on listening, both to God and to each other. Everyone is welcome!

Email Mary at lcsbdigitalevangelist@gmail.com if you would like to get involved.

A crosswalk is a walk of witness, a chance to build new friendships in faith and an opportunity to journey together with other young christians in preparation for the Easter weekend.

For this year's crosswalk, we walked with a wooden cross, starting in Wolverhampton, crossing the Shropshire hills into Wales, finishing in Cefn Lea, Newtown on Maundy Thursday!

Take a look at some pictures from our Holy Week pilgrimage here:
