Spring Talks 2023

On Being Christians in Today’s World

LCSB  members Geoff O’Donoghue and Tim Livesey have invited distinguished speakers from a variety of backgrounds to share from their own experience,

insights and reflections on how to deepen our faith through prayer together with an active response to God’s invitation to live out our faith in challenging circumstances.

In addition, at the prompting of the Caring for Creation group, we are delighted that the author of our Advent book (Sleepers Wake), Bishop Nicholas Holtam, has also agreed to give a talk.

And, 3 days before Bishop Nicholas,  we can hear a long standing friend of

the Lay Community, Kathleen McLaughlin, giving a talk

'Laudato Si - Care for Our Common Home'  hosted by Root and Branch.
